The estate is made up of two separate buildings, connected by a 500 square meter chianche courtyard, with five trulli in total. In each of the homes there is a complete bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and wi-fi connection. In the first there is a bedroom with a double bed and two other sofa beds, in other separate rooms. In the second there is a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a queen-size bed, so-called “French style”, another single bed, inside a trullo, and two sofa beds located in a living room. It has its own car park with two automated entrances, an external oven for barbecues and more, a 4×12 m outdoor swimming pool, equipped with a shower and seats, and an independent room dedicated to the laundry.<\/p>\n

After receiving the booking confirmation email, the guest will have to pay a deposit equal to 50% of the stay. The remaining 50% must be paid by the arrival date.<\/p>\n
Guests who cancel within 30 days of their trip will have to pay 50% of the reservation. Sending a request is not an automatic reservation. Upon receipt of the request, we will send an email with confirmation of availability and payment methods.<\/p>\n
